The hearts and arrows diamonds are subject to availability. Although we update our listings regularly, if this diamond is sold on another platform at the time you buy it, we will either offer a similar or better diamond (subject to your approval) or issue a full refund.
Shipment:
Because these diamonds are located in multiple locations, the package will be ready for shipment in 7-10 business days. You will be kept informed throughout this process and, as soon as the item is mailed, you will be provided with a tracking number. All packages are safely shipped via overnight shipment and requires a signature of an adult upon delivery.
In stock Engagement Rings/Diamonds: We need 2-3 business days to make the package ready for mailing via express overnight mail.
Custom Jewelry: We need 10-15 business days to make the jewelry.
Loose Diamonds: We need 7-10 business days. Loose diamonds are subject to availability as they are listed on multiple platforms.
