GIA does not assign cut grade for fancy cut stones, so is important to pay attention to the diamond depth, table, length to width ratio. The quote is for a stone with a depth of 61-68% (excellent range), table of 61-69% (excellent range), and 1-1.05 for length to width ratio (I am assuming you are wanting a square cushion cut?). If you want a rectangular cushion cut, the length to width ratio will be between 1.16-1.22. on top of that, the stone will have none to very small culet and thin to slightly thick or very thin to slightly thick girdle which is in the very good to excellent range.
